  Cash deposits without the queue

Deposits keep coming in after the branch closes, at weekends and in places too small for a counter, and tellers get their peak hours back. Customers feed notes into the terminal, a whole bundle at a time if they like, credit their own or someone else's account and take a receipt on the spot. Every deposit reaches the bank, even when the connection drops.

  Loan and card repayments

Fewer missed due dates, and fewer calls about them. Customers who prefer to pay in person repay loans, credit cards and instalments at the terminal in a few taps. They confirm their identity with an ID document or through a verification service, see what is due and pay in cash or by card. A receipt prints on the spot, and every repayment reaches the bank even when the connection drops.

  Self-service onboarding

Win customers in shopping centres, transit hubs and smaller towns where a full branch would never pay off. New customers confirm their identity with an ID document or through a verification service, open an account, apply for a loan and sign documents right at the terminal, without waiting for an officer. A one-time code sent to their phone confirms each step.
